Shipping Rates: Purchases of $99 and over are qualified for free shipping. Purchases of less than $99 are charged a flat rate of $14.99. All ground shipping usually ships out of the manufacturer's warehouse in 3 to 7 business days via UPS or FedEx to the 48 contiguous states. Please contact us for priority shipping rates such as 2nd Day, 3-Day, or Next Day Air to the Lower 48 Contiguous U.S. States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Return Policy: We have a 30 day return policy after product leaves the wherehouse. A 25 to 30% restocking fee applies for all non defective goods depending on the manufacturer's policy. We will issue an RGA # from the manufacturer which usually takes about 7 to 10 business days. Once the item has been received by the manufacturer and inspected, your full money will be refunded minus the restocking fee charged by the manufacturer. Items arrived damaged will be picked up and replaced at our expense. If an item arrives with missing parts, please contact us immediately for what is missing.
9.75% Sales Tax for California Orders: By California law, we are to charge an 9.75% sales tax of your purchase if the delivery address is in California.
Payments: We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, Master Card, and payment via PayPal. Personal and company checks are accepted as well. Your card or PayPal will not be charged until it has been confirmed and completely fulfilled. You will be notified of any backordered items via phone or e-mail after your order is placed.
